I've set up a running blog to keep track of my training runs (wish I'd started a month ago!)
My running schedule is basically Sat, Sun, Tues, Thurs.
I've been running around Jamaica Pond a lot, as it's a set distance and I can monitor progress. Still, it's good to mix it up every now and then.
I need to find a fun 5K to do sometime in the next month or so. Something where you get a cool t-shirt (and beer).
