Honeymoon Day 2

We're getting into the swing of things -- today was a day at the beach!

After hours on the beach we treated ourselves to high tea (a new offering at the Bucuti). This is what was left of the sandwiches after we stuffed ourselves.



On the agenda for tomorrow... more beach!

Honeymoon Day 1

We made it down to Aruba despite massive lines of people at Logan airport (and some frantic moments thinking we wouldn't make the flight!)

But any travel travails were erased once we made it to our lovely home away from home -- the Bucuti Resort!



We enjoyed our first cocktail at happy hour courtesy of our friend Helen -- a blend of Galliano, banana, rum and sun!



The beach is lovely and it's right outside our window! We enjoyed some champagne and Camembert at sunset on our balcony.

Honeymoon destinations

My wife and I are going on our honeymoon soon (yes, we just got married). We're excited about all of the places that we are staying:

1) Bucuti Resort in Aruba

2) Kura Hulanda in Curacao

3) Hotel Sagamore in Miami

I couldn't figure out why I wasn't seeing many formatting options in my earlier post, but now I've switched to using Firefox.
