There's no way for you to track the number of subscriptions you have on iTunes via RSS unless you use some convoluted formula subtracting the number of site visits which relate to show downloads from the actual host count of downloaded episodes within a specific time period.
So now it's been updated in iTunes on their main DriveTime page, but the little thumbnail that appears elsewhere is still the old one. Maybe that takes more time to rederive?
